Sunan an-Nasa'i

Hushaim narrated from Dawud, from Abu Az-Zubair, from Jabir, who said: "The Messenger of Allah said: “Umra is permissible for the one to whom it is given, and Ruqba is permissible for the one to whom it is given”"
