Glory be to the Owner of the Kingdom and Dominion, glory be to the Owner of Honour, Greatness, Awe, Power, Pride and Majesty.
The Prophet ⹎ said: "Take suhoor, for indeed in suhoor there is blessing." (Bukhari & Muslim). Even a sip of water counts. Set an alarm 30 minutes before Fajr.
Reading approximately 20 pages per day allows you to complete the entire Quran during Ramadan. Start from Day 1 and set a consistent daily time — after Fajr is an excellent choice.
Write down specific duas you want to make this Ramadan. The moment before breaking your fast is one of the most accepted times for dua. Keep your list handy at iftar time.
Fasting is not just about food. Guard your tongue from backbiting, your eyes from haram, and your heart from ill feelings. The Prophet ⹎ said fasting is a shield.
Even a small amount given daily is better than a large amount given once. Set up automatic donations or keep a charity jar. The Prophet ⹎ was most generous in Ramadan.
The Prophet ⹎ said: "Whoever prays during the nights of Ramadan with faith and hope of reward, all their past sins will be forgiven." (Bukhari & Muslim).
The Prophet ⹎ would strive harder in worship during the last 10 nights. Look for Laylatul Qadr on the odd nights (21, 23, 25, 27, 29). One night equals over 83 years of reward.
Break your fast with dates and water as per the Sunnah. Drink plenty of water between Maghrib and Fajr. Avoid heavy, fried foods that drain your energy for night prayers.
Take a short nap after Dhuhr if possible. Don't stay up all night scrolling — use the blessed night hours for worship. Quality sleep helps you stay focused.
Share iftar with family, neighbors, and those in need. Attend taraweeh at the masjid. The communal spirit of Ramadan strengthens faith and bonds.
