Najiyah Al-Khuza'i (the Companion of the Messenger of Allah) said: "I said: “O Messenger of Allah! What should be done with the afflicted among the Hadi?' He said: “Slaughter them, then dip their sandals in their blood, then leave them so that the people can eat them””"
